Custom sizing allows you to customise your nail set to your individual nail width measurements for a more tailored fit.

It is suitable for customers whose measurements do not fit within one standard size, fall across multiple sizes, or fall outside our standard size chart.

Select custom sizing on the product page, enter your measurements in the fields provided, and add the item to your cart as normal. Please note that measurements must be entered for each nail set requiring custom sizing.

Please double check your measurements before placing your order. 

A confirmation email will be sent after checkout. If any changes are required, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Consider sizing up if you are in-between two sizes or have flatter nail beds.

Avoid measuring over acrylic or gel nails as this can affect accuracy.

Custom sizing costs an additional $12 AUD per nail set (excludes tariffs, taxes, duties, and other fees).

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for completion before dispatch.

A confirmation email will be sent after your order has been placed. If you need to make any changes or request a cancellation, please reply to that email as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, however changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

As custom items are made to your specifications, they are final sale and can only be returned unless faulty.

Some nail tips are limited to specific widths, if you are interested in a design that is not available in your size please contact us as we can also offer nail shape customisations.
