Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA): 2 – 7 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 2 – 3 weeks (estimated dates will be shown in checkout based on your delivery location)

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. Please note delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed. Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation. 

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with shipping date confirmation and tracking information. The shipping times provided are to be used as a guide, Nailcissist cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other possible delays.

All domestic orders are shipped, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed after 3pm AWST, Monday Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.


As we are unable to advise the exact amount of custom and duty fees, buyers are responsible for all customer and duty fees that may occur to the order once it has reached the destination.



Please note that due to hygiene concerns we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind or if you wish to request a different style/size. We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unused, with all tool kit items 
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition. Please note, we do not accept items returned to us without prior approval.
